NICE: CXOne platform

Ambition

NICE recently made some important acquisitions, which helped to fast-track their offering in becoming the first truly integrated contact center solution in the cloud. This enhanced expertise meant a unified platform was created: CXone – meaning ‘customer experience one’. NICE needed to get the word out and make a statement in their industry.

Insight

NICE are market leaders in their field and with their new and improved platform, they really were disrupting their industry. With this in mind (and with a lot of creative license) the idea of professional sport’s people doing stunts and disruptive activities in the workplace was created. A bit abstract, but an exciting concept to develop.

Impact

The campaign is in its infancy. In it’s first month of going live it has received 75k page views and a 0.35% CTR for digital display.
