Mini Cloud Case Study
Raising awareness amongst both a new audience and existing customers for NICE's range of cloud based solutions for contact centres.
Following an acquisition of a large cloud infrastructure company, NICE wanted to promote their enhanced suite of cloud-based solutions for contact centres. This opened up a new target audience for NICE so they needed to run a campaign which not only appealed to their existing enterprise customers but also to a new SMB customer base.
NICE offers unrivalled flexibility so the main message was very much around: “Choose your own cloud” or “Pick the right cloud for you”. This lead us to the idea of a biscuit box, because what represents ‘choice’ better than an assortment of biscuits?!
The campaign received 3.4m impressions, 27k clicks, 1,086 qualified leads and a 0.81% CTR for online banner display.
