To give SITA the visionary brand it deserved, we developed a new brand proposition, strapline and creative platform. Its dry and conservative communications became engaging and readable, with bold imagery and a confident tone of voice. Following an internal launch, including a brand story book, the new look SITA was revealed to the world – and it received a very warm welcome.
